Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I feel your pain... desperate times call for desperate measures.

Are there any regularly available packets of chocs that are similar to the Cadburys Roses Brazilian Darkness?

The closest I can think of is Riesen, but it's just chocolate.

It's a good thread to have on the go in my opinion for those who want to pick up a few bits every week for Christmas or those those who just want to eat them now.

I know last year that there were rumours thst the milky way crispy roll was being added to the celebrations but I haven't seen them appear in boxes yet.(Maybe it was just a UK thing)

I actually hate the tins. They're very useful for a compulsive hoarder and least the tins you can get rid of them easily.

I know it's off topic but
Tesco have Chcocolate Kimberly, Afternoon Tea, USA and Chcolate Mikado for €10. Not the best I know.

Dunnes had the plastics (as opposed to tins) for €7

    Usual suspects, Roses etc

    tesco.

    roses 660g 7.50
    QS 720g 7.50
    heroes 660g 8euro
    celebrations 650g 7.50

Dealz have pouches of one of them which are cheaper per kilo.

    -from the dealz thread

^^good price, its like 225g for 1.50, it would be rare to get that much branded chocolate for that price in dealz. I go by overall weight in dealz as the size of bars can vary a lot.

A normal "christmas season tub" of celebrations is usually 680g. So at €3 for 450g a 680g tub would be €4.53.
