Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sorry for SC members, first come first served. No more lottery as such.

I've just realised I've let my membership run out (due to last year's fiasco.)

When I log in now it is giving me the option to renew. Does anyone know if I would be too late to be included in the 6nations sale or when are they being sold?

Im reluctant to renew if I won't at least have a crack at the 6n tickets

Any word when we will know if any tickets are going on sale?

Anyone know when tickets are on sale? Logged in there and membership had expired. Never got an email to say but was able to renew online there. Dunno if that means I'm counted though..

Yeah like I said I never got a email. Gonna chance my arm emailing seeing could they add me cos I never got reminder email. Think they might need new email provider as it's not a once off.

They don't send reminder emails anymore. Mine expired with not even a notification as did my other halfs.

Tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis and there is likely to be high demand on the day.
There are a limited number of tickets in various categories for each of the three games.
There is a strict limit of a maximum of two (2) tickets per member. This is to ensure that as many members as possible can get to at least one of the games.

I presume this means 2 tickets across all of the 3 matches like in previous years ?
i.e 1 ticket for Wales and 1 for Scotland and none for Italy,or 2 for Wales and none for Scotland or Italy, etc.

I see on Ticketmaster that the Supporters sale starts at 10.00 am this Thursday, they should be sending out emails today

Thought the email posted about tickets said they do. Ah well, will chance my arm anyways. Nothing to lose sure!

I know the chance is slim , but if anyone is not using their allowance for any of the games I would really appreciate if I could have it to get tickets for my son . Thanks in advance 😊

I never renewed my membership this year but got sent a code just now. I'm a lot happier about this considering I didn't get any in the lottery last year.

Same as but maybe they added me after my email. I dunno how this system is much better than the one people were criticising last year. Both are effective lotteries!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,221 ✭✭✭crisco10

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,899 ✭✭✭✭Riskymove

picked up 2 cheaper Italy tickets instead for less than the one wales ticket

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,107 ✭✭✭KBurke85

Only remembered about 10.05. Got two for the Italy game couldn't find tickets for the others

  • Subscribers Posts: 41,830 ✭✭✭✭sydthebeat

    Got 2 x Scotland there

Went for best available, got East lower @€;90 each

On at 10 and took about a minute for TM to refresh and allow me put in code.

Only the only browser open and didn't try for Wales at same time

  • Registered Users Posts: 42 st1903

Was only trying for Scotland and was on right at 10 but nothing offered

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 937 ✭✭✭Kevski

Got 2 tickets for Scotland. Keep pressing ‘search again’ and hopefully some will come up for you.

  • Registered Users Posts: 450 ✭✭fred252

Had two sessions open from the dot of 10. Only saw Italy tickets available. I was looking for 2 tickets so maybe they had singles for Scotland and Wales.

It was yeah. Only ticket category offered to me. Couldn't justify paying that. Know the 50e doesn't guarantee tickets but seems like a waste to pay when there's such little change of getting a ticket and then it's at a very high price

    folks

experience of this is to keep trying for a while

not all tickets get bought and some come back to system etc

  • Registered Users Posts: 42 st1903

I can see singles for Scotland but no doubles coming back.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,138 ✭✭✭testtech05

I got offered 2 for Scotland eventually but then when i tried to proceed with the purchase I got a "Its not you its us" error message from TM, its such an awful site :(

  • Registered Users Posts: 46 ozzyo

I managed to get 2 Wales tickets, east stand lower block 104 100 euro each plus fees. must be one of the lucky few by the sounds of it!

They seem to have increased the top priced (non premium) tickets from 70 to 80 euro for Italy .

Wales and Scotland have increased by ten too since 2018.

Was offered 2 wales tickets at 120 but too much for me at the moment. Ended up with 2 for Italy at 65 each, which is a little more then I'd like to pay for that game but am happy to be going all the same.

Site definitely not the best. Offered 2 for Scotland at 65 but gone when I pressed proceed, the same for a set at 80. Not worth trying to shop around price wise really as you seem to end up empty handed.

Got 2 for Scotland in West stand lower. Had to wait til 10.17 to nab them.
I did turn down 2 previous offers of premium level (section 301 & 302...pain in your neck sitting there looking left all the time and €120 a pop? No ta.)

Had laptop and phone on the go.

Didn't try for Wales or Italy as those are 2.15pm kick offs and the atmosphere is never quite as good for those.

Any leftovers will be on ticketmaster (randomly) from Monday onwards. Anyone who really wants tickets will find them there with enough diligence between now and Feb.

    Edit... The 2 tickets I got were €90 + €6.60 each.
€193.20 for 2 of us to go to a game of rugby, against Scotland.
That's very close to my cut off point. Any further jumps in the next few years and I'll be on a high stool for every game.

Good to see people actually get tickets this year, but this is usually the easy year. Can't believe prices gone up again reading here.
