I didn't see the whole incident for the 2nd one. But to be clear on the first one as Aki went in his shoulder made direct contact with Jalibert's head.

There was no head contact at all really in the second one.

The arrogance of that French official when talking to Nigel Owens. Is it an HIA assessment? "Clearly". Maybe a language issue, but I'm going to assume it's not because I'm p1ssed off!
