Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

On what day of the week did 9/11 happen?

(I think it was a Tuesday, and I can remember getting Friday off work as a national day of mourning).

    2) maybe Dec 21st as a second option in southern hemisphere
    3) trick question... Everyday is 24hrs or Oct when clocks go back you might get a 25hr day?

Oh no, people will think this is rigged...

I organised pub quiz at Ted Fest a couple of times and the one every group got wrong was:

"What is the name of the nightclub on Craggy Island?"

    Kilkenny

The 4 smallest counties in Ireland are all in Leinster, starting with smallest:

    Louth
    Carlow
    Dublin
    Longford

    So Carlow is answer

Only kinda neighbours, as they both lived on the same estate (Robin's Nest). Higgins was House Master and Magnum stayed as Robin Master's guest in the guest house.

Robin Masters never appeared in Magnum PI but he was voiced in 5 episodes. Who voiced Robin Master's character?

Whats the most frequently drawn number in the national lottery?

  • Registered Users Posts: 155 ✭✭pj9999

The Titanic stopped at Cherbourg for some ridiculous reason instead of heading straight for Cobh

    Other canals: Kiel, Corinth etc.

Other Russians: Novosibirsk and er….Putridingrad?… etc etc.

1954 WC: Held in Bern: Germany beat Hungary.

1947 AIFF: Allegedly won by Cavan in New. York (a bit far fetched if you ask me).

Longest day of the year is the last Sunday of October which almost unbelievably is 25 hours long.
