Hi guys, im a 26 year old female, I've a really busy lifestyle, 2 jobs so little time. But i really want to get back in shape and lose two stone. Some days I just cant get to the gym timewise but i want to reach my goal. I had a really good plan made out for me for training at home for those days I can't make the gym. Cirquit of push-ups, Squats, lunges, bench lifts, ect....will these excercises help me lose weight, or do I need to be doing intense running every day at the gym to achieve it
    Thanks

Your diet will help you lose weight. If your diet isn't right then you will gain very, very little out of your exercise apart from better fitness and fitness doesn't seem to be your target.
