    Well, it's no secret that Mayweather has recently trademarked "TBE 50" (The Best Ever, 50 fights), so he looks set for a comeback.

    Even though Conor would get his a$$ handed to him in a straight up boxing match against an elite boxer (like all other MMA guys would in fairness), I'd still be delighted for Conor to get a massive payday. Who cares if it was a freakshow, I'd still watch it and the build up would be epic.

    Rocky Versus Thunderlips II they could call it :)

    Would Conor's UFC contract allow him to compete in other sports I wonder?

    I'll treat Mayweather as a joke for now and I seriously hope it is. Conor wouldn't stand a chance, he'd be embarrassed badly if it ever happened.

    Yes. He will get beaten. But it wont effect his UFC career.

    There is not one UFC fighter who would beat a World Champion Boxer in Boxing at the same weight.

    On one hand, it's silly...he wouldn't stand a chance against a top tier professional boxer like Mayweather. It would be the definition of a freak show, with no sporting value, and existing merely to satisfy the demand for circus events.

    On the other hand, I'd fight Mayweather blindfolded & with my hands tied behind my back for 7 million blips.

    If Andrew Flintoff can get sanctioned in the UK, I don't think McGregor would have too many issues getting sorted out by the NSAC.
