Are these jobs still being offered? I see now that all they have on offer is for students that are still enrolled in college?

They come up every couple of months due to a high staff turnover.

What type of customer service are these jobs, is it phone queries or email?

Phone. They require a minimum fixed line internet connection to hire you. Something like 5 Down 1 Up if memory serves me.

Hi guys, I filled out the questionnaire and sent it back in an email with the broadband speed screenshot about a week ago. Anyone know how long it usually takes to hear back after that?

Anyone hear anything yet about hiring again?

I'm on the background check. It says report complete on the home page area, when I go on the page and look at it at the bottom it has a result box are but nothing is in it. No "Yes" or "No". Is this part filled out by Apples own HR people not Hireright ?

Did the Skype Interview last week, report has changed to complete in the last few hours. After contacting HireRight through the live chat they made it seem like that part is for the Apple Recruiter to fill in ?

Sometime in July, in the first week I think. It's meant to be aha college position.

Edit* it now has Apple - Parent Account : Meets Company Standards, Hireright system: Positive. I presume this is good and I should hopefully get an offer.

Hey, how long did it take for the status to change from complete to meets company standards? I've applied and it's currently on completed.

A day or so after my Skype interview I got an email saying feedback throughout the process had been positive and was asked to complete an online form for the background check by hireright.

He had said to me the next week or two so don't give up just yet! There was a week or more delay in reviewing my technical assessment, could just be a back log! Good luck !

Got through the skype interview and they are now doing a background check on me. I need to submit proof of employment and proof of attending college. Would anyone be able to advise me on what to submit for proof of attending college. Thanks.

Contact your college and ask them for a letter detailing the date you enrolled and finished and what you studied there, I had to do the same. The college emailed me a scanned PDF of the letter which I uploaded through the hire right applicant centre.

did you need to send in proof of employment too? If so what did you use? do you think a reference letter from my employer would be ok? thanks

Have you filled out the background check form and listed your previous/current employers? I just put down contact details for my last employer and my current one, they contacted both to confirm the dates I started and left my last job as well as the dates for my current one, didn't ask anything relating to performance, simply the dates.

Hi just wondering are the Customer Service Rep work from home positions the same shifts and interview process as the technical support positions? Are they all 8 hr shifts and how often are you rostered for weekend work? Would love any feedback from someone in one of these positions, thanks!!

    Hi All,

I've just gone through the interview process for the college positions. They are now doing the background check.
I'm just wondering what kind of phone is used for taking calls. Is it VOIP?

I don't think it matters where you are based for the at home jobs.
