Definitely af it's too heavy. It's headwreaking I've never had a 19 day cycle yet! It must be stress making them go wonky

Does anyone on here have any interest in the 'Taking Charge of your Fertility' book by Tony Welschler? I have a copy that I didn't really use and happy to give it to someone who might?

I had 7 days that's why I'm dubious! I'm going to go with temping if Af ever restarts.

I've just gotten another flashing smiley there now. I'm not sure what to think because I was reading on one site that if you have PCOS or very long/irregular cycles, it's better to use less sensitive tests because you can have more of the LH hormone in your system all the time so you can get almost-positive OPKs throughout your cycle. I'm temping also, and my temp hasn't shifted yet. The weirder thing was the first 2 days of flashing smileys I had 'watery' CM, but now yesterday and today there's been hardly anything.

Blood results back and all seem fine. Gp wants day 3 bloods done when Af finally returns! Hope I'm not working. So just got to wait now. Going to get a copy just to check levels myself and starting agnus cactus, evening promise and raspberry leaf tea. Try force Af! Haha

Scousemouse where did you get your agnus cactus seems there's none to be got in Kerry!

That's great the bloods are clear, it must be very frustrating waiting for AF but hopefully it's not too far and you can focus on the next cycle.

Yep it's great. The waiting is a nuisance as its the uncertainty of when plus she thinks I did ovulate but where is it??

You can get it online here http://thehealthstore.ie/a-vogel-agnus-castus I'm in dublin, and I had to go to three different health stores in the city centre before I got it. I thought for sure Holland and Barrat would do it, but the guy in there looked at me like I had 4 heads when I asked about it.

Seven Seas do very small ones that are packaged like the contraceptive pill, the are a similar size to the pill and they even have the them packaged in rows with the days of the week printed on them which, I find very handy if I ever have doubts about having missed a day. They are approx. €4/€5 in boots for 28 day supply. You can get them cheaper but I find these ones convenient due to tidy packaging and day by day layout.

Word of warning, it tastes like ass. I've found the easiest way to take it is to fill a shot glass with water, add your 15-20 drops and then down it in one. Best to have a bit of juice or something on hand so you can have a swig after and get the taste out of your mouth.

The ones I have are flat ones the size of the little circles that come out of the paper punch. Clonfolic I think. Though I have the boots own brand and they are slightly bigger but still tiny ones.

I think that must be Clonfolic - I've a pack of them in the cupboard. They're about the size of a birth control pill.

O/h has had a little bit of what looks like spotting over the last day or two, its very intermittent - she noticed a bit Wednesday night, what looked like a bit last night and she said a tiny bit this morning.

She is waiting on a call back from her gp and nurse in the Coombe.

    Sick with worry.

    :(

Great news - on to the next cycle. I highly recommend temping - really interesting.

Yeah I'm relieved! Kicking up the herbal stuff. I don't know how reliable temping will be with me working shifts! Heard it can make it really hard.

Right that could make it tricky alright. I'm trying to be more consistent at the time I take it - usually when the OH gets up as he's up quite early and I wake then. I wonder if there are some guidelines for people who work shift to still temp

Yeah I'm going to google it as I'm not able to do it the same time as I'll be working or in bed.

Once you have about four hours of uninterrupted sleep you should be OK. I'd recommend vaginal temp over oral
