Lost by 5 to skippy15 who got 30 points from 2 Palace defenders. Fair play.

Another defeat. Relegation zone getting closer.

4 defeats in the last five. On current form I'll be in Championship next season :(...

Two palace and Robles in goal today too. Some points for 3 under 4.3m players

Looks like Busts has the title taken. 5 points ahead with five GWs left.

At the bottom, ScienceNerd and Kev look in trouble.

I said it before, it can change very quickly, there's no easy games and two losses in a row (I recently had 8 in a row) could see him back to second.

I'm probably safe now that I'm 8 points outside relegation spots.

Absolutely I'm up against 3rd this week who should beat me with his wildcard BB team. I need to take hits this wk and will probably only have 9dgw players.

    lol

Facing ScienceNerd in a vital relegation dogfight and he has Gomes. I have a lot more DGWers so it's far from over but I just have to laugh at the amount of times I faced a fellow FSAPrem'er who owned a player having the blinder of his life :pac:...

Facing Gillespie Rd who's in pretty much zombie mode despite having popped a wildcard in 31.

He has 3 points at the moment!

Up against Kev who has triple captained Sanchez

My punt on Martial as captain has backfired spectacularly so far (as did picking Darmian)

Bench boost v TC and a -4 effectively. Gonna be tight in the battle of the Deise

When you look at the competition to become a part of this league at the lowest level it is a shame to see zombies in the premier.

It is, but with the amount you put into this game (particularly to be the sort of person who can compete at this high a level) it's not exactly that surprising to see people burn out or get sick of it. Hopefully next year he comes back rejuvenated.

Yeah you never know people's circumstances too. He may come back and win it next year. Or he may not take up his place.

Yup, sure we all have until July 31st (or whatever I end up finalising the date as once I've sat down and looked at it properly) to make that decision anyway. I'd be surprised if we're ever keeping 77 every year there will always be extra spaces becoming available for the qualifying league and that's fine.

Right now all I give a sh*te about is saving my own space in this league and Leicester losing their clean sheet hasn't helped my case in that after Sturridge had out me back in my match.

He's getting hammered like the Kilkenny junior footballers so far! :)

I reckon you are currently ahead 76 (plus 11 DGW) v my 49 plus Kane (plus 13 DGW) . The odds are in your favour at the moment, particularly with Klopp and LVG trolling me.

I have an 11 point lead over the bench boosting Donal,
Could come down to captains, my Kun to his Alexis. He needs the win a lot more than me but I'm like the Wexford minor footballers, no sympathy for the minnows:pac:

10 pts ahead now. My 15 DGWers vs his 9 (Lukaku & Jags were out of the first game at least).

His Martial (C) vs my Sanchez (C). I can see me losing this one :pac:.

Now it's Kev 95 (-8) plus 7 players to my 79 (-4) plus 10 players. Desperately need Martial to play and play well

3 pts behind it's my ozil and tc sanchez against bellerin and normal capt sanchez.

Heading for a 100 points + win over Gillespie Rd. Sorry fella! :o

Still all to play for against Kev

    I lead 121 to 103

We both have Gabriel & Bellerin. I have Sanchez, Evans & Fletcher. He has Sanchez TC.

So 18+Evans+Fletcher > Sanchez x 2 will see me through

I can survive one Sanchez goal I reckon, but two with the accompanying bonus points would probably sink me.

Think I got there in the end. Was a right ding dong battle though over the long DGW.

thanks sanchez wasnt expecting a win this week.

I may have gotten the win to save my position in this league.

6 pts clear, 12th. Considering teams playing each others behind me, it could even be mathematical.... I presume I need one more win and that's it!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,056 ✭✭✭Sooner or Later

Currently one point ahead of Zarquon thanks to his eight point hit

We have very similar teams, both having Alli, sanchez, Mahrez, Bellerin and Gabriel. We also both have Kane but I have him as Captain (he went with Aguero).

So this weeks equation is my 1 + Fletcher + Evans + Kane > his Fuchs

Me against busts looks close this week. Alli could be the one to help him overtake me. Didn't realise he was top of the league and the game was as important for him as it was me staying in the league.

Looks like a badly needed second win in a row unless Rose goes absolutely mental tomorrow night.
