I need to get a new belt for powerlifting; I was using the 10mm Strengthshop Lever belt and was just going to order another one, before I do; what is the realistic difference between the 10mm and 13mm?

Also, is the upgraded buckle worth it?

Can't comment on the buckle but the only difference for me between 10 and 13 was the 13 took longer to become a bit more pliable and comfortable with it on.

the 13mm strength shop belt is nice - bit thicker, bit stiff than the 10mm

the 13mm inzer belt is harder than a knacker on crack and should be avoided if you like your ribs

Get the Inzer Forever 10mm. You won't regret it.

@Whippet - I'm about to sell an Inzer Forever 10mm Lever belt (Medium in size / Black in colour). Used only a handful of times. PM if interested.
