how many calories in cooked steak

I bought some striploin steaks in the supermarket the other day. The calories raw per 100g is 201, each steak is 227g so that's 456 calories per steak in its raw state. However when its cooked some of the fat is lost plus I'm not going to eat the fatty rind so I'm wondering how many calories am I eating per cooked steak? I…

I cook it by frying using some 1 cal spray oil

first you don't need to add any oil to the frying pan when frying a steak
if you're so precise about your calories in, you can weight the fat you cut off and scoop out what's left in the frying pan and weight it too add those two together x9kcal/g and subtract from total calories per steak.
