I was worried I'd done something wrong but it must be a manual process with no order. Hopefully we'll get sorted soon. I'll let you know if/when mine goes live.

No, they're 2 different numbers.

You will need a Sky card in the box to receive Setanta/BT. Doesn't matter if its an active card or not but it has to be a Sky card.

If you have a sky sub, the card should be inside a little flip down panel on the bottom right corner.

There is no validation on the card number that you enter, I fat fingered entering my card number on the first attempt and it 'accepted' it even though it was clearly an invalid card number - might be worth signing-up again and verify you have the card number right. I signed-up on Friday at 6 and it was active less than 24hrs later.

Filled in the form on Friday and it's working today - was out all day yesterday so it was probably activated with the others on the previous page.

Bonus: HD picture and all which is nice as I don't have a HD sub for the rest

Mines in the clear tonight after signing up yesterday.

No Setanta for me as I'm on the English epg but happy enough with BT in HD.

This might be a stupid question but I am only after seeing this thread now and am afraid that if I sign up late tonight that setanta won't be activated in time for the match on Thursday evening, is there a way of finding out the viewing card number without physically checking it at home? (I'm at work now)

you could call Sky. If you can provide all the security questions they may give it to you over the phone ?

Log on to you online Sky account if you have one.
