    Ask them to email it, print it out fill it in, scan and email it off. You'll still have time! I did that in C1

    Thanks Mop, Yeah just waiting patiently on the form to clear their system as it was quarantined, it should be released shortly, where would we be without patience :-)

    Hey

    The guy who completed my SMY said I wouldn't have been sent to him if I hadn't passed the medical. The Nurse who checked my audio, sight and lung function said they were all 100% for the job, so i'm taking that as a good thing. the Dr said the results would be with me before the end of the week.
