    Coming late to the party here...

    Well done on the progress so far, very impressive and no doubt a great marathon debut coming in Rotterdam.

    A couple of nosey questions...
    Have you any warm up races planned?
    What's the target for Rotterdam? Judging by the MP miles I'm guessing 3:10-3:15. I've run 3:10-3:15 on 5 occasions, hoping not to do so this time.:-)

    Done 66.41 over 10 miles in Trim at the start of the month and believe I'll see you in Kinvara next Saturday. Re Rotterdam target it's still not nailed down, talk to me next Saturday evening and I'll know more hopefully!!
