I got little connectors to add to the end of a mini USB for about 1 euro off ebay. Bought 5 of them. Handy when in a friends house or something because everyone has mini usb

I got similar, but they were more expensive - £7.99 for a pair. But they're proper Type C - approved by the guy from Google that's testing cables.

Mine is probably some knock off but it does the job.

Yeah, they'll be fine for the OP2, but might be an issue for future Type C devices.

OP3 video. Probably bollocks, but the phone should be coming this summer.

Painful, but I must comment on your post count and join date.

2008 with 3 posts. Surely there has to have been enough things posted here in the last 8 years to have riled you into posting more than 3 times.

Got it finally. It looks great but probably need a cover or case or both. Any recommendations?

Also on Vodafone and only picking up h here and there not full lte? Anyone using it on Vodafone to any success. Out of contract so can change if I want. Based primarly in Dublin

i'm on vodafone, pick up lte when it's available, i'm down the country though. have it right now for example in Cahir.

You should have full 4g/lte, check its selected: settings - more - mobile network - preferred network type, least I think that's the path in oxygen.

To the case.....I've always had a case on my phones but I think this is a fantastic phone without one, why cover a class design with a lump of plastic, touch every piece of wood possible regards dropping!

I bought the Otterbox case when I was ordering it. Does the job, but a bit bulky.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 827 ✭✭✭bonkers

Never had a case on my HTC one either but hear so much bad news on this screen so thought about one. Main issue has been lint in charging socket

Lte working a bit better but appears patchierthan HTC one

It could be that in some areas Vodafone is using Band 20 800Mhz for 4G. As far as I remember the Oneplus 1 doesn't support band 20? In that case it'll drop down to using 3G.

Lads, gonna order one of these.
Question: If i get it ordered to my job, would it be possible that they'd deliver it on a Saturday, or is it only weekdays? I only work Monday to Friday so I'd go mad if they tried to deliver it on a Saturday!!

    Thanks.

DHL deliver so I'd imagine Monday to Friday unless your job is open on a Saturday?

No, its only open Monday to Friday. There'll be nobody there.

If I order tonight, would it get here before the weekend, or would I be expecting it next week?

I like my oneplus 2 alot but it isn't perfect. I don't bother with the finger print sensor since its hit and miss. Just waiting for the oneplus 3 now with the new monster 820 lurking inside it.
