    Running out of TA's :(

I'm TA'd to be even suggesting this but if one has a dearth of TAs perhaps one should go to....the......Happy Thread.

Yes, there was a trend for a while to sew spare buttons on the label too
I started to cut all of the labels from clothes spec underwear t-shirts and alike that goes next to skin.. if there is a button I'd put it in my sewing box (hoping that one day - if I ever really need it) I will find the appropriate button that fell off... still did not have the chance to check it...

TA = truck passed me while I was on footpath this morning on my way to work and yes, there was water from the road all over my boots and trousers...

Had the privilege of driving through Dublin city centre yesterday, Thomas St, Christchurch and quays area. I never saw so many people on crutches and limping around. Are they giving them out free? It was like The Walking Dead. I actually saw one guy walking quite fast and he had two crutches but was not using them....just "wearing" them.

How come black people can get away with being racist?
Heard a clip of Chris "I'm black" Rock. Awful stuff, not a bit funny. The same stupid jokes about being black for the last 20 years.

Working on the 29th Feb annoys me. No extra pay.

    Should be a public holiday!

I'm having severe election withdrawal symptoms. I can't stop posting over on the election megathread. I'm sure I'm just spouting rubbish at this stage. Somebody make me stop!* At this rate I'll be posting about voting pacts and the possible impact of transfers in a PR-STV system in the Eurovision Song Contest.

(At least there's a good chance of another election before too long - bad news for the country, good news for my entertainment :))

    *Please don't ban me mods.

8am meetings when I start work at 8.30.

There's a Danish guy I work with who apparently doesnt understand timezones.

If he's not setting up 8am meetings hes ringing me at 8am despite the fact that I have never answered even one of his 8am calls.

Mrs S asked me to put the wash in the tumble dryer before she went to town. I forgot. She'll be back in under a half hour. They'll not be dry.

Blast you Boards for the distraction.

Flip your main circuit breaker so that the clocks etc get reset. Then tell her there was a power cut and it's only just come back on.

    The perfect crime...

Saturday is my treat day. When I have whatever I fancy.
So on Friday I bought a Toffee Crisp, some Doritos Chilli Heatwave and a nice bottle of Sauvignon Blanc.

Saturday night comes and whaddya know; I don't fancy any of the treats.
Today I'd LOVE some crisps but I've none; I told the other half to eat the Doritos :(

Joker in work... "Haha, remember the time you leaned against the fence and it collapsed and you fell backwards into the ditch?"

I do... It was 10 minutes ago... I'm still soaked to the skin.

I put on a load this morning and was TAd in work thinking about the wet clothes sitting in the machine until I got home to hang them up....got home and realised that I put the clothes and the powder in but never started the machine:o

Arghhhhh I bought a new car on Friday but it went to the mechanics so it could be checked over so I'm driving my Golf. I wasn't impressed that I had to drive it and anyway I turned it on there and the engine light has come on. Bloody typical. I own two cars but can't drive either of them. I'm fit to scream.

I now know why I don't use car washes, haven't in years, but yesterday the birds had a party on my car, so I got the diesel bought a ticket for the wash, driving towards it, and some ******** ****** drove in and parked in front of the wash got out and went in for their ticket,(makes my blood boil) the car that was in the wash finished so I went in front of the wash and reversed back thru it and punched in my code just as said ******* came back to their car, :D

I don't know what to be at. I think I would like a can of coke but I'm trying not to drink so much of the stuff. Then I think oh I'll just have tea instead.

This isn't like me at all. If I want something I'll have it. Also seem to be going through one of my hypochondria phases :(

You could always buy yourself a Mindfulness Colouring Book for adults. Only three times the price of a child's colouring book and you could tell all your friends about it.
