Some good reductions in CycleSurgery Footwear sale. Limited stocks in Dundrum but they will transfer the stock to Dundrum from another store for you. 40% off Specialized shoes and they then give you a £1 for €1 conversion rate, example
    Specialized Comp MTB Shoe
    Normal price: £129 (€166)
    Reduced price: £78 (€100)
    Price in store: €78 Dundrum

Galibier are giving a discount off their new energie bib tights (works out at £9.73) Just use code "enrg" at the checkout. I've become a big fan of this company's clothing range and I'm sure these bibs will be top notch like their Mistral jacket that kept the wind and rain off me today.

Cheers for that, just nabbed a pair as a long overdue upgrade on my current DHB ones

Just a quick update. Received these last week and got to test them out in the snowy weather on Saturday. Once I'd warmed up after a couple of Km they kept my legs warm for the 90 mins or so of my spin in what was pretty constant snow/hail/sleet. They are extremely comfortable, even when the chamois was soaked from the wet roads it was still comfy unlike the chamois in my cheaper DHB ones which becomes uncomfortable in wet conditions

I called into the store with a printout from the website. Their store stock system doesn't seem to register the Dundrum store on the website. The shoes I wanted weren't in stock so they organised the transfer and I got an e-mail when they came into stock.

the 26" are out of stock, just wondering if anyone knows of where I might get them at a similar price?

I have a set of these,

and have the front one placed below the stem, its not as obvious that it is there, it might last a bit longer
it gives adequate light for me, but I just use lights to let people know I am there, I am rarely out when its really dark.

    im looking for cheap cheap..

Pulled the trigger on a merino. 32 euro delivered - hard to argue with that.

Got the merino. It's nice - not quite as nice as the icebreaker equivalent, and the logo on the neck is a bit big and white-on-a-black-background. But nice, and fair value at 32 euro.

I have been looking at the site www.skinflint.co.uk to see if its any good for comparisons of the online shops.

For your requirements on Ultegra throws up the following

    https://skinflint.co.uk/shimano-ultegra-2014-complete-group-6800-a1102266.html?hloc=at&hloc=de&hloc=pl&hloc=uk&hloc=eu

I haven't used this site ever but on the surface it seems to give good comparison results. I followed through on a few of the suggestions with the usual suspects and looks ok.

It only gives results from a few European countries but not Ireland so it omits any local bargains that you may get.

    Give it a whirl!

Good deal on Tiagra chain+cassette combo on Chainreaction cycles. Got a new set for the commuter, this was by far the cheapest option I could find.

Just to add www.wheelhub.co.uk for comparing bike part prices in the uk stores and, although not bike specific, you can use http://geizhals.de/ to compare against the German bike shops

Planet X have a Spring bundle, 'Edwig Van Who?' - Bib 3/4ers, SS baselayer, oversocks, arm warmers - which is selling for the same price as the 3/4 knicks on their own, €43 (which is supposedly a 50% reduction). Possibly a mistake?. Only catch is €14 delivery charge.

Anyone know how the proline is size wise? Especially around the legs

You could have it sent to Parcel Motel or DPD which would probably bring the delivery price down to about €9-10 (€5-6 quid to get it to Parcel Motel then another €4 to your nearest pick-up point). I'm sorted for gear but if I wasn't that looks like a great deal.

My last order worked out a good bit cheaper paying in sterling and going parcel motel, but that was mainly smaller items/ lower overall value.

Very tempted by this offer, but a bit wary regarding the sizing judging by the reviews. Also not sure on the oversocks - anyone used them or similar before?

I have the Départ Ergofit Overshoes. Paid €34 for them. Excellent quality. Got a kind of fleece lining on inside. Definitely warmer than my last overshoes which were Endura neoprene ones.
    I'd highly recommended them.

    https://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/FSGBSLFS/gilles-berthoud-stainless-fender-set

The 35% offer on sale items works also for models that are not on sale currently, as long as at least one version is reduced. In this case 700C stainless steel fenders cost e33 instead of e50.

Perfect choice for your commuter / audax / touring bike!

If they have the Protect and Shine, it is a great product too, paricularly at less than 2 euro.

Plus one for the other 2 products..
