PAYE Anytime - Can't confirm USC

Hi, Someone might be able to help me. Having a bit of a problem with PAYE anytime. I'm requesting a P21 balancing statement for last year and have my P60 here with me to put in the correct figures. I've filled in the pay and tax, now I'm on to filling in the USC details. I've filled them in and very simply can't click…
