We need to absolutely hammer someone soon to get the goal difference up. Not likely though.

This Leicester run is mad. 1 up already.

And Leicester already putting City to the sword

That's a weird thing this season. I think 5-2 against Leicester is our only big win. I can't really remember us hammering anyone.

If Leicester actually do win the league (They probably wont), wouldnt that make all the excuses made for Wenger over the years fruitless?

This absolutely. I know it's a big IF but it would be a serious embarrassment to Wenger and the club (other clubs too).

They have two major things in their favour this year. Lack of injuries, and insane chance conversion rate.

But that can be attributed to their backroom teamand their players doing their jobs.

What are we hoping for here? May look foolish in a few months if Leicester manage to keep it going, but I still think I'd rather be chasing them than City in the run in. Completely irrelevant if Arsenal don't sort their shït out though.

True, and a major dose of luck.

    It's not luck in fairness.

Some luck yes, but you make youre own luck as well through good coaching, conditioning and such. The only difference is that they have no Europe.

Well good news is arsenal won't either in a few weeks time.

Of course there is a good deal of luck when it comes to injuries and conversion rate.

Prime example of luck there.....should be a peno against Leicester, not given.

Decisions usually even out over the course of a season. I don't see luck as a factor for winning the league. Cups yes but not the league.

I would say we have been extremely unlucky this season. We have been unlucky in match-deciding decisions. If things go our way for the rest of the season, we have the title in the bag.

    Wow. Leicester looking good.

8 points back on them at the moment. Next week will be interesting.

This is a huge result if it stays as it is

Better them than City, can't afford to let City open up a gap.

It's not a whinge. It is what it is. I'm just saying if luck evens out, then we are due some.

Fcuk me Leicester. We're going to have to beat them now. Assuming we'll win tomorrow of course.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,629 ✭✭✭wonga77

Go on to fcuk, hit them for a fourth

Defensively City are definitely woeful. Hopefully they can make Tottenham pay for this next week :p

Still insane numbers for Leister. 6 shots on target, 3 goals. We've had something like 20 on target since we last got one. Depressing.

Another useful stick to beat Wenger up with.
