If it achieves their goals, they very much want that. There is no proof so far they want anything else. What else is happening so far? What other consequences have there been besides sexual violence and deaths?

Merkel tore up EU law, tore up the Dublin Agreement. She wanted the uncontrolled unscreened importation of violent North African military-age males.

Is there some other conclusion I should be reaching? Some other consequence I should be seeing?

So you think that people who agree with taking in refugees are advocates of rape and murder?

Compared to some of the drivel being spouted here and elsewhere on social media, it's practically a peer reviewed paper. :D

At this point they may as well be

The two seem to go hand in hand

As someone who is very much "pro-refugee" (we should be doing our upmost to help our fellow man, particular from the disaster that is Syria) I find myself dismayed at all these recent events. Of course (and it should go without saying) I'm angry at the perpetrators, but increasingly find myself more and more pi$$ed off with the "lefties" (for lack of a better term) and their reactions on same.

A cover-up of any of these events is completely unacceptable, describing the mass sexual assaults as "Christmas for right wingers" (as I read in the Guardian) is utter garbage and is pushing more and more people towards a hard line to the migrants imo. This middle-class d!ckhead reaction is doing far more harm than good. If there are problems we should be addressing them and not afraid to talk openly about them and possible solutions.

This is the hallmark of the liberal argument in general. Rather than counter the (legitimate) concerns people are raising, shout "racist", "xenophobe" and other such nonsense instead.

The irony of course is that in this case it's these left-leaning liberals who will be the first targets if these violent guerrillas get their way.

So you think that people who agree with taking in refugees are advocates of rape and murder?

The downsides of these immigration policy we can read and see on the news now.

Could you tell me what the upsides are? And do you think a gang-raped child is worth it? Almost 600 sexual assaults in one evening in one city worth it?

Please tell me, I am listening. I am waiting for the evidence of any positive outcome because so far all I see are politicians acting to pass laws that increase violence and sexual assault. So how can I conclude something that has no evidence otherwise.

Please show me. Show me the reports of the positive outcome of our politicians actions that make the gang rape of a child worth it. Go on, justify the paedophilic gang-rape by asylum seekers like is reported in an asylum centre in Norway.

You make me sick, to even think you try to defend it. In my mind nothing justifies that, but maybe you have your own "cultural norms" like Josef Fritzl. You are a sick human being.

Show me the evidence that justifies these horrific crimes.

Show me anything at all positive about what the politicians are doing without any concern about these crimes.

If the law was directly legalising rape, I would agree with you. These people would clearly be advocates of forced sex. However that is not the case, is it?

Increased crime rate (not just rape) is a product of tackling the larger problem of the refugee crisis. Just because one solution is deemed less shite than the other, doesn't mean that someone advocates all of the the outcomes of the choice they make. You would have us believe that everything bad that has happened as a knock on effect of allowing refugees in to Europe so that they can avoid slaughter was some how designed by the leaders of Europe. That is literally your reasoning.

A simple yes would have done. That's borderline retarded reasoning you have. I like how you try and mark me as someone justifying child rape, even comparing me to Fritzl (was he a refugee?). Well done. I'm just gonna stick you on ignore.

Sweden is going down fast, but not as fast as Germany. It's not surprising that the migrant sex attacks happened there first.
For some reason UK seems to not have these mass-attacks. However they have grooming paedophile gangs instead.

Another issue is that the percentage of men vs women arriving in Sweden is so incredibly skewed it will change the demographics from the usual 50/50%
With present flow of 90% male refugee children to Sweden, the Swedish Teen Sex Ratio will in 4 months be like in China: 120 boys/100 girls.

My guess is that competition for women will increase, and with MENA men being more aggressive than Swedish men we may see some serious consequences.

If ever there was a reason to stop refugee immigration it's this. Nobody likes a sausage fest.

I suspect my views aren't a million miles off yours, but I do think it's worth thinking that you can consider yourself to be massively socially 'left', generally not have a problem with migrants etc, and still think the situation which has developed is absolutely disgusting. Bringing it down to a left vs right viewpoint, blatant 'I-told-you-so-ism' helps absolutely nobody and I'm so disappointed that the extremes on both sides seem more interested in having a go at each other rather than working on ways of resolving the situation (a resolution that isn't a blanket ban on bringing in deserving and legitimate refugees).

What should happen to a refugee who rapes a woman because as the law stands now he can't be sent home

For all we know the people behind all these rapes may well be legitimate refugees

No we have had enough of that kind of thinking.
    It's only 400 remember that?
Israel is taking in Zero why is it ok for them?
Why are the left not calling out Israel kuwait or Saudi Arabia?
Those 3 nations are taking in Zero from the current crisis and those 3 nations are loaded and can better afford it.

Edit like I said to many at the time that 400 was the thin wedge in the door.

I doubt the conditions are similar to camps in WW2 or the Boer war.

Why would they? They know full well as senior government politicians what would happen. Likewise, so do our politicians know what is happening.

What sort of perverted sneering politician would bring this to your own country?

Not to be flippant but that was par for the course on our school trips to the North back in the eighties and early nineties. Buses always got stoned, by both sides. Can't remember too many national news stories about it at the time though.

Probably because the people throwing the rocks weren't begging to be allowed in and afforded sanctuary in the country of the people they were throwing rocks at.

Seems to happen around Halloween too in the Republic. Buses being hit by stones and fireworks.

Yeah, that's probably the reason alright. You're an excellent debater and very good at encouraging people to discard their own opinions and ideologies and subscribe to yours. I tip my hat to you :)

not just at halloween to be honest, seeing as recreational rioting is best experienced in the good weather in the summer (when there is a bit of sun)

If I had to live in one there is an obvious choice
