    Can anyone explain the extra wee bar sticking out of the forks/bottom of the headtube? I presume this kind of apparatus is not UCI legal anymore?

    Presume it;s the same as per Stayer bikes

    Its a bike used for motopaced track races (well out of favour these days but used to be a World championship event, won by Danny Clarke multiple times)

    I know, spectated at races in Netherlands. I was using it as an example of another bike with a similar set up
