    We'd a serious enough circuit training this morning for an hour. Pain is for the weak he kept screaming.....winners never quit.....and quitters never win.....someone down the back in the middle of a burpee shouted out...oh shut your hole!

    I did 50 squats with 80kg yesterday and I can tell ya there's a lot of weakness leaving my body today! I can hardly put one leg in front of the other.

    Think there is a second leg to be played :(

    For the record had two traps set. He/she prefered a piece of a Cadbury caramel to a piece of a twirl.
    Being the caring type I sampled each before I put it on trap. And no smart remarks :)
