Wouldn't mind seeing a few more rounds of Diaz and Johnson

..That was awful by Cowboy, didn't look like he even wanted to recover.

Trust me ive competed in martial arts and been humbled many times so its not from my sofa, hes a proven choker and done it again.

He took a devastating knee to the liver and then the kick, I dont know many fighters that would have ended up in any different a position. He crumbled under those and wasnt getting up.

RDA and his family will be very very wealthy after the fight with McGregor. Delighted for them.

If Conor beats that version of RDA he is without a doubt a martials arts great.

Has any fighter ever been called out three times in the one card before!?

Seriously impressive by RDA there, it'll be interesting to see if Conor is still going straight to a LW shot. Both options, RDA and Frankie, finished pretty quickly so assuming Conor's wrist is fine we could hear something soon enough.

I really think that RDA fu*cks Conor up.

I think stylistically he's a horrible matchup for Conor. RDS isn't going to be scared, and won't let Conor get his range. That intense striking presure isn't something you can counter strike that easy.

Jumping off the McGoat war wagon 7 days after he wiped out Aldo in 13 seconds just because a stuck in the mud champ snatched the cowboys body?

I agree that RDA looks amazing. But Conor is also a 'go forward' intensive fighter.

Yes he countered Aldo going backwards, but he also usually goes pressuring forwards in his fights.

Yeah Conor really struggles against high volume strikers who are coming forward on him. :-)

Conor has that one punch chance against anybody. But RDA i a nightmare matchup that they now won't do. He's a bigger better version of Frankie Edgar basically. Aldo comparison is nonsense.

At this point i think they do the Aldo rematch.

One things for certain McGregor would absolutely destroy Cowboy.

Man I wish Khabib was healthy, would love to see the rematch between him and Dos Anjos.

I imagine most other fighters would watch that and decide 'nah **** it, I'll stay where I'm at'.

Conor? LOL...he will have watched that and thought 'I'll destroy him'.

I think Cowboy was the easy option for the 155 belt, now I think the easy option for the UFC is Frankie.

I don't think the UFC want to left Conor in the octagon with that RDA.

but yeah, the UFC on the other hand..

I reckon if he moves up and gets defeated, it isn't too big of an impact.

He can just go back down and fight Frankie.

I really do believe they might let him retain his title if he remains active and books 2 PPV's.

Cowboy was broke going into the octagon, hes a bag of nerves cant hack the big day his body eats a shot its game over,Pettis ruined him with a body kick in 2 minutes, diaz talking **** to him and he crapped himself,His win streak was impressive but hes not elite elite.

I think they will let it happen for sure. From abusiness point of view it makes sense. The Mcgregor bubble will eventually burst someday in one way or another whether its by defeat or retirement or just by virtue of the fact that people get sick of him, but they may as well maximise their profit off of him while he is still hot.

Super-fight with RDA (while he retains the FW strap) is the way to go. Win or lose he will still bring in huge numbers when he defends at FW.
