So I'm actually in Las Vegas by a bizarre series of circumstances, anyone want to give me fifty million dollars or whatever it is that tickets are going for right now?

Just find the drunkest Irish person, buy him another few drinks and he will be too ****ed to go to the fight so take his ticket and slide the cost of it into his pocket.

    Yeah that's it.

    Some good points there, thanks.

You don't think that takes dedication?

What's ufc? An hour of actual fighting every six months?

The top MMA fighters lead a very disciplined lifestyle. I remember CMcG talking about what he could and couldn't eat for his Christmas dinner.

My prediction: Aldo to win the first set, but McGregor to win the match in the 3rd frame.

I think they could both be fallers at Beechers Brook.

I never said they weren't disciplined I meant in terms of time doing the actual sport.

    Just watched the weight-in there.

Where was McGregors training camp, Auschwitz?

He actually looked a lot worse in the weigh in before the Mendes fight. If you saw him looking like that walking around Dublin you would throw him fifty cent for a hostel.

He cuts over 20 pounds before fights. That's savage.

Agreed, the guy is arrogant motormouth who needs to be knocked down a peg or 2. If McGregor was an English UFC fighter, I can confidently say that the majority of people on here wouldn't be able to stand him.

Bisping a Brit, has had plenty of love in the mma forum. Sonnen too though he is American.

I've never understood why you have to support someone just because they are from the same land mass as you.

If you don't like someone and want them to lose that is a fair opinion to hold IMO

Its the same as watching a king of the tinkers fight on YouTube. I don't support the traveller who happens to be from the same country as me. I just see two scummers fighting.

Can see this going to a decision result. It will be a draw and then the whole carousel starts again with a re match......

Hope the Irish dude is beaten tonight so I don't have him randomly pop up on radio sports news spouting his ****e.

I never said they weren't disciplined I meant in terms of time doing the actual sport.

Would you not consider the actual martial arts they train in as a sport then? Because that's as big a part of it for the fighters than the actual fights, training in the gym, learning new techniques and getting higher level of belts, though at this level the top guys are usual black belts already, Conor is a brown. The sport isn't just going into the ring and fighting, that's just a part of the whole process.

Well it seems to me at this stage that Aldo is going to be the winner of this one. I just know. I've weighed them both up and Aldo seems the stronger at this stage.

There's just nothing worse than when a world class athlete is covered on a sports show, is there?

I don't reckon it'll go the full five rounds. There'll be a decision tonight but almost certainly a rematch too, especially if Conor wins.
