Better not tell the Swedes that they shouldn't be making weapons as they are a neutral country unlike Ireland, which is military non aligned not neutral.

UK arms company's sell to the Swede's, who sell on to the countries the UK government have banned weapons trading with. Allegedly..... The little minxesðŸ˜

Parts of weapons, you know cause we're "neutral"
    Why would this violate neutrality?
It would obviously depend on your definition of neutrality, you should give your definition.

I see wiki has us defined as "formerly neutral"
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Country_neutrality_(international_relations)#Formerly_neutral

I would be interested to see the definition which we do fall under being "neutral". If we are definitely making "parts of weapons" I would compare it headshops openly selling drugs washing their hands of it by saying "what you do with it is your own business". But if the "parts" are fuses or some other commonplace part I would accept it. I am totally undecided and genuinely would like to know.

    Bananas

    Very true!

    "manufacturered" in balbriggan.

Brought in green and then a manufacturing process ripens them to edible condition and officially it is considered manufacturing

There was a company in Waterford that made parts for ICBMs in the 1980s.
AFAIK Texas Instruments had a place here making guidance parts for missiles too.

Libherr make cranes down in Killarney.
    Hugh place unsurprisingly.
Myself and the Mrs were down in Kerry for a few days in September and stayed in Fossa, which passes the Liebherr factory. It's a fine big factory, and didn't expect a company like Liebherr to be there!

I'd imagine it's a big employer for Killarney and surrounding area.

Computer chips/semiconductors/processors. We have a few fabs in Ireland the largest being Intel's in Leixlip, which is the largest in the EMEA regions. There is also a new 'superfab' planned for the Leixlip site.

In fact Intel are the single biggest source of foreign direct investment In Irish history.

    Also spice burgers.
