Anyone else other then geecee get charged 6.90? Got my invite a few minutes ago want to go for it if it is. 20/25 euro for delivery is a joke.

Got mine delivered today I work, had a quick look, turned it on, updated, not had a chance to even see what else is in the box! I spotted a tour guide on the oneplus forums, will try follow this once I get a chance and then get this thing setup with xposed. Feels nice in the hand anyway

I am really worried as to why my shipping was only 6.90!
I can see they have charged my CC via Paypal account
Shipping status is still: Pending Shipment
Shipping method is marked as: Standard

Was there 2 shipping options when you ordered?

no I didn't see a second option - of course it could be the proxy server in work that blocked the other shipping options (if there were any!)

I am worried now that mine will be sent on a slow boat from Shenzhen!

Did anyone here order on Monday and see their status change beyond: Pending Shipment?

Just went through to the shipping option, only showing express at 25. Don't know what is going on there.

My order has gone from "pending shipment" to "processing". Seems like a backwards step to me. Anyone else have their order with this status?

I noticed on the oneplus site if you order an accessory eg. a oneplus x case, the shipping comes up as €6.90?

In related news, some of the oneplus x cases are back in stock ☺

I wonder if it was GeeCee ordering 269eur worth of cases that had them out of stock last week? :p

I'm a little annoyed that it's 2 sims or 1 sim and an SD card. I get these phones because they are dual sim so no SD card for me. My elephone p6000 could take all 3.

    Nice phone all the same.

So how are people that have got the phone finding it ?

Also, what phone did you change from ?

Lads, just seeking a bit of advice..currently still using my trusty Nexus4 which Ive had since it launched and served me well... Im not too clued up on the tech specs of these phones but at the same time I'm not one to spend much on my devices.. Would the Oneplus X be an upgrade over the N4?

Maybe some early Oneplus X buyers made the same move, any advice appreciated..

It should be. Nexus 4 is a few years old now. Camera should be better on the OPX, more ram and faster processor on OPX so it should be snappier. Higher pixel density too for the screen. Slightly bigger battery too, though its a bigger screen on the OPX so that can count against its battery life. That said its an AMOLED screen on the OPX so that might help battery life.

In summary, yes, its an upgrade. No a massive upgrade as regards "fancy features", but an upgrade in terms of speed and sharpness. If you want fancy tech features you'd be looking at the OP2, or a Nexus 6P, but you paid for that (especially the 6P).

Nexus 4 is also no longer getting updates from Google. I'm in the same boat, my wife wants to update her phone but doesn't want to go bigger than 5', this is a perfect upgrade, a decent jump in hardware for a very good price.

Thanks mate, appreciate that...Ive been a huge fan of the Nexus series and also own Nexus tablets..when it come to phones they seemed to be great value, but with the latest generations..I'm not so sure, that's chat for another thread anyway :D... Its deffo just an upgrade in terms of speed and response I was after as the N4 is getting a bit laggy..served me well though :)

Mine is the same but it was shipped on Tuesday.Have you checked on DHL using your order number?
ONEPLUS don't update the details often enough my OPO have arrived before I got a tracking number.

I assume sebcity is in the same situation as me. Its in "Processing" state, and has never gone into a shipped state. ie. We dont have any tracking number

You don't need a tracking number, it's the order number you use.

My order is "processing " on OnePlus but using my Order No. I can see that my phone is out for delivery and I will probably have it in the next few hours.

I ordered last Saturday, still processing. I put my order number into the dhl website but nothing shows up. Seen something on OnePlus forums about finding your order in the dhl system but couldn't work out what they were doing. I'm in no hurry anyway.

Yeah just checked it there, it actually left Shenzen facility today. Sweet!

If you use the order number on the DHL link supplied a few pages back it will tell you more details. I just set up an alert too.

By the way, here is a method you can track your shipment before you get an individual tracking number, this is from a reddit forum post, worked for me (currently stuck in UK)...

    1. go here: http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking/shippers_reference.html

    2. in "Shipper's Reference" insert your order number

    3. "Date range for shipment - From" is your purchase date.

    4. "Date range for shipment - To" is today

    5. Select your country.

If DHL has your phone, you should see the shipping status, plus the actual tracking id for your order.

Keep in mind that the phones are being sent on pallets to the UK first, then sorted around Europe.

    Bump

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,048 ✭✭✭Tom Cruises Left Nut

Ha, thought my order was stuck processing, turns out its on a van here in dublin this morning. Youd think oneplus would send an email at least seeing as its costing a whopping 25 euro for shipping...still, nice surprise

You will probably get an email and tracking number from them a few hours after its delivered. That's what happenedwith my OPO.

Just got delivery of the X now.Still processing on their site.I ordered last Friday night ,less than a week to delivery which is good going.
