I'm watching A Nightmare on Elm Street. I've never seen it before, it's a little before my time :pac:

Anyway... it's terrible! Not scary at all.

    Halloween 2. (1981).

    Just finished watching "It Follows"

It's watchable if there's nothing else on but it's fairly ****e.

And with eerie music too...not as famous as Jaws or Halloween, but more effective and haunting...

I feel ancient after that trailer haha.

I'm going to watch Freddy v Jason, looks like fun.

I'd recommend Identity (2003). It's about a group of strangers that get stranded in a remote Motel during a bad storm.

Watched Hocus Pocus for the first time in 15 or maybe 20 years for a bit of nostalgia.

Never liked it, standard 80s slasher ho hum fare.

Think it was Kersplat who wanted to find something on Netflix...Picnic at Hanging Rock is on Youtube...

Terrible film. Like it was written by a religious order to prevent promiscuity.

Don't understand the hype around that film. It's as dull as dishwater.

Suppose you have to be 7 years old watching it alone to fully appreciate how scary it can be, I didn't sleep without a light on for weeks after it :D

Saw them when they came out and didn't like them. Even then I thought that Freddy was too camp to be scary. He's like a burnt Liberace.

The Hand is the film to watch for a laugh. The film 'Idle Hands' can be a bit funny as well.

My b/f just said the exact same thing!

I'm watching Match Of The Day.

Very few Hammer Horrors on Halloween night these days, those were the best. Lee, Cushing, Carlson, Shelley. Hard to beat after a night ducking for apples.

Quite the horror if you support Chelsea!

Why? Cause it was ****e? Or cause it was scary/gruesome? Worth the watch?

The missus is making me watch Halloween. It's sh!t. Next up is hocus pocus and I Know What You Did Last Summer. Haven't seen them before. She seems to find that weird. Painful.

    El Orfanato.

Proof, if it was needed, that in the right hands the most effective horrors can rely on nothing more than a child with a sack on his head. And a good story.

Cabin in the Woods? Can't remember it being that gruesome. Remember a few good laughs in it, and the scene where they bring in characters from lots of horror stories was neat. If you found it gruesome, do not watch Martyrs or Calvaire.

Pulse is another good one from the J-Horror cannon.

Ya I really just cant watch horror films at all, I also had to leave the film Amityville horror the one in 2005, thats why Im sticking with the halloween films. Hey is that film the conjuring really scary or the woman in black with Daniel Radcliffe?

Watching and listening to Mammy trying to get the 7 year old to bed after a serious ****ing amount of E Numbers. Mammy has a few jars on board so that makes it even more interesting because Mammy just wants to pass out like a zombie shot in the head.

    Better than any scary movie.

If I could stream this lads, you'd be glued to the ****ing screen!
