Saves me going out to shops or through websites to get them a voucher, they can do as they please and I've had no complaints so far, some say it's thoughtless, I say fook them, they can be as thoughtful as they want with the cash

I got charged e400 for extra baggage coz the App didn't allow extra baggage booking but they only pulled me up on it in the way back. They offered me e150 voucher
