Clean/pure non-capsule fish oil?

Can someone recommend me a clean fish oil that I can take by the spoon from the bottle, as opposed to capsules. I used to take Seven Seas Cod liver oil up to recently, but I've heard from more than one person that this might not be a very good source of oil, due to contamination in the seas the fish are taken from, and mercury by products.

I basically am looking for a relatively pure and clean fish oil that is in a bottle, not capsules, that I can take a generous spoon of every day. Thanks
