    Its definitely the concentrate that's giving off the smell. I did another mix with a different flavour and it smells fine. Will contact ezsmoke and see will they do anything.

    One thing worth considering is allotting an individual tank purely for Red Astaire. The Ghostbusters couldn't get rid of that smell !!!

    Yep, thanks Jousting! Seems to be fine after leaving it to breathe. It was very strange though, I've never experienced it before and I've probably mixed over a litre of it. All's well that ends well anyway.

    Agree about allocating a tank to it! I have it in a subtank mini that previously didn't get used for anything else, I think they are well suited to a liquid with some menthol in it. However, if you really need to use it for something else (like I did the other week after leaving myself with no RA for a few days) an overnight vodka soak with the entire thing disassembled worked perfectly. No more than overnight though! I left a 1 ST Mini base in for a couple of days for no reason other than I wasn't using it and it rusted.
