    If they only had access to such modern technology as Google Maps they could plan the chase and call other stations to setup roadblocks rather than have 10 cars chasing another car all over the city.

    I have spent time there but the lingo is probably from movies/TV. Helo is still in the area. Oh wait I said helo that is worth commenting on....

    Possibly due to a breakdown in communication ......... first car is unmarked police car ........ nobody relayed message ....... acting suspiciously - looking for scobes ...... then a cop car follows it and calls for help.
