A smoothie of oats, banana, peanut butter, milk and a shot of espresso. It was nice but mainly born of early morning 'brain not 100% up and running' yet madness.

Two fried eggs sunny side up, two bananas and green smoothie made in the brand spanking new nutri ninja, thanks to rubadub I got a great bargain on this baby. Hand blender, you shall be missed in the mornings.

Porridge with banana, dried mango, Greek yoghurt & milled linseed stuff from Aldi. Delicious and now I am starving. Need to give myself a task to focus on to distract myself from eating lunch at 11.49 in the morning

Waffles, bacon & maple syrup & a big pot of tea - so good on a crisp, sunny morning :)

I was going to post in the Chat thread, but my local Dunnes has pomegranates for 59c, instead of the €1.89 in Tesco.

anyway, yesterday, I had a meusli, flahavan's organic oats, sliced and diced pear, pecan nut, third of a pomegranate 'thing'. No sugar.

Yeah, bought that plate for my 30 year old, football obsessed fiancé. He's a big kid. :D

    Coffee, carrot cake, more coffee.

Mmm carrot cake! There was a lot of apple cake sitting staring at me this morning but I went for, sigh, porridge with stewed apple and yoghurt instead. Which was delicious but it was no 2 slices of apple cake like my heart desired

Well you can gloat at me when I'm trying to fit into my dress for a friends wedding in December. :p

I'll regret my carrot cake brekkies and my "diet starts tomorrow" mantra then!

School run and countless errands resulting breakfast on the go. Three boiled eggs, a banana and green juice.

Peeling an egg while driving? Is there a law against that? ;)

Toasted sesame seed bagel with full fat cream cheese and smoked salmon and freshly milled black pepper. A cup of scald. I then might have also eaten a blueberry muffin. Might. :o

Omelette with jalapeño and spring onion, sauteed mushroom and baby tomatoes, and baby leaves. Green juice to wash down.
    So my Tuesday begins...

Same thing pretty much every morning a Bixies biscuit (better Weetabix for half the price), some bran flakes and stewed apple embellished at the moment by blackberries from the garden.

I've just discovered McCambridge's spelt soda bread, so I had a couple of slices of that toasted and with butter and strawberry jam. And a mug of tea.

It changes everyday depending on what I've got in the fridge, but basically it's:
    Kale
    Baby spinach
    Ginger
    Cucumber
    Celery
    Kiwi/Green apple
    Mint
    Matcha green tea powder
    Superlife green powder
    Coconut water/Almond milk

    Thanks for that.

How much celery/cucumber etc would you put in to make one smoothie?
