Home from Amsterdam at 10 last night, cannot be arsed in work this morning. Must say it's an absolutely beautiful city, one of the nicest I've been in around Europe.

I knew the Gavel alright, but I'm glad I don't know the answer to the Bible question. The heathen that I am!

I just cooked the strangest lambs liver ever, the texture is really really soft, almost like lamb foie gras. Does this mean it's been highly fed or just quite young?

No, I even smelled it first before cooking it as it was strangely pale! Just smelled fresh, like a fish should be after being caught.I got it in a Craft Butcher shop in Dublin (V well reknowned!) Hmmm, dunno if I can mention the name though. I did eat three slices, it was just odd, not bad, just odd.
I was talking to the two lads behind the counter and asked where the lamb was from as I like to try and see any difference *Ireland*
''Well obviously lads, but I meant which county''

After a few mins chat it's Wexford they source from. What do ye sheep boys do down there eh??
