Chromecast is dead handy for Netflix and Youtube. You can browse content on your phone and beam it to your TV with one tap. Youtube can even use playlists and "add to TV playlist" and it plays away.

I have a Ps4 but it'd be fierce handy to just browse away on your phone and cast it to the TV instead of firing up the PS4 every time. I've got a Chromecast in nearly every room in the house.

Are these things reasonably priced so if you have one in most of the rooms in your house? I probably don't sit in front of the television enough to justify getting anything like that. I watched Night Of Champions on the television through the PlayStation the other night and that was a total novelty for me because I usually watch most pay per views over laptop nowadays.

If my PlayStation is on, I can "cast" a YouTube video to it from my tablet.

I actually have an unblock.us account I'm just too full of "bier" to figure out how I apply it to my tablet and I'm home tomorrow night. Hic..

Easy enough. Open new wireless connection, go advanced and input the numbers https://support.unblock-us.com/customer/portal/articles/291571?_ga=1.142241264.338713625.1434214708

He was interviewed for the Monday Night War DVD to add some extra selling point so seems logical they interview him for some Network stuff. Russo was also on some of the Countdown. Doubt either will ever appear in front of a live TV crowd though.

How long ago was that interview with JBL recorded I wonder? It would be good to see Eric Bischoff back in some sort of capacity, but Vince probably wouldn't take him seriously I'd say.

Nice to see WWE got new stuff with Bischoff, whereas before they had to reuse interviews from 2002-3. The first part of the interview is good, JBL is a good host and interviewer I think.

It was cool hearing some of Eric Bischoff's background. I never realised that he had such a background in the business before he was in WCW. He came across really well to me anyway.

Berlin. Flew in Tuesday, back to Dublin tomorrow night. Great city, so much to do.

On the Flair podcast recorded last week he mentioned a sit down interview he did for WWE "2 or 3 weeks ago" with someone who was working there during the MNWar. So that indicates late August/early September for the JBL piece.

The stuff on the Monday Night War DVD predates that by a few months. Bisch has lost about 30 - 40 pounds over the past few months apparently and he's noticeably slimmer in the JBL interview.

Bisch is a guy I find fascinating. His strategy to strip WCW of all unnecessary cost in 93/94 to make it less of a money loser was really interesting, as was his way of rebuilding the brand. He has made many mistakes but he's a savvy guy and his book is a great read.

As a complete and utter WCW mark at the time, I've always liked Bischoff. Never bothered following what went on in TNA at the time but I enjoyed all of his stuff with WCW, even his in ring stuff. Was like 11/12 at the time so didn't notice a decline in quality. Was all good to me.

I quite like Bischoff too, he comes across really well. I loved him as the Raw GM too.

His episodes on the Stone Cold podcast are well worth a listen to as well.

Is that Controversy Creates Cash or has he ever brought out another one since then? I often wondered how long would WCW have lasted if he never appeared.

It's great to see Bischoff to work on various projects with WWE. I was getting fed up of seeing snipets of that 2002 interview on that MNW show.

Yep, that's the one. It comes off the rails a bit toward the end but the earlier stuff is intriguing.

Terry Funk went for the job Eric eventually got in WCW, wrestling today would be a different place as a result.

Ive always like eric, think one of the main problems he had is he was good friends with a lot of the top guys in wcw so was easily swayed by them to keep them in the spotlight over the younger guys like eddie, jericho etc

Oh man, it would have been great. Every title match 2 out of 3 falls ending in hour time limit broadways with both wrestlers pumping blood from their foreheads.

There might not have been a Nitro if Funk was in charge. God knows what WCW would have looked like.

    I'm fine with this.

I've heard him address that before and he has said in hindsight it was a bad move but he wasn't a wrestling guy and he felt he needed to be their friend more that their boss at the start.

Looks like there's a Bischoff DVD doc coming next year.

The NXT panel from Summerslam/Takeover is worth a watch. No major revelations but they all came across well particularly Seth Rollins and Sasha.

They've lashed up a load more ECW Hardcore TV episodes from 1997

Yeah Rollins came across very well - enjoyed him taking over the interview from the terrible Byron Saxton.

Brilliant find. nothing worse than when you are trying to watch chronologically and there's huge gaps missing. Thanks for posting
