Hi looking for advice. Working in retail as a sales assistant for the last four years. Currently work full time and have been opening up my options so looking for a job as a trainee manager. Why do all the trainee manager well most of the jobs always ask for management experience for a trainee manager job? How can I get the job with no management experience?

I am currently doing a course in business management it's only part time for two hours every Monday night. Will this increase my chances of securing a trainee manager job? Anyone know anyone who has a job as trainee manager?

I'm 21 btw. Thanks
