Update for anyone who had their order cancelled - I tried to order again and my original 10 off code worked again, so ended up getting a black k400 for 7.50 again (they only had European layouts but I chose Dutch as that seemed closest to UK QWERTY)

Found the cancellation in spam as well, order black k400 after the white one it arrive during the week not had time time to try it yet though.

I explained I had used a voucher and free postage promo to place my original order for £7.50 and could not avail of that now as it has been used/expired. Have requested they re-instate my original order which I didn't ask to be cancelled in the first place, will have to see how I get on.

After getting this response too, and sending emails asking not to cancel it and subsequently asking why they cancelled it which were ignored, they now send me a message asking if my request was fully addressed?!

Best leave sleeping dogs lie and just wait. I wouldn't like to confuse things by contacting some Indian call centre to query an order which is obviously on back-order given the 100's or 1000's of orders.

The USB powered speakers as others have mentioned are surprisingly good or if battery use remains stingy a wireless mouse (compared to the false economy of €12 a year feeding the cheap Chinese variety). Either great value for £2.99 delivered.

Here's their 'blemished box' section. I got the x300 speaker off them last week. The only blemish on the box was a sticker saying 'blemished box'.

My original code had expired but finally got another code from them, ordered the same keyboard as you mentioned the Dutch Qwerty which is in fact US English but is given the name Dutch Qwerty apparently to differentiate for Dutch Customers who want a non Dutch language KB.

At least its in stock and shipping so should have it in a few days

I asked to switch my order and they told me they had cancelled it and to reorder again. Took about 10 days and a lot of hassling but they sent me a new one eventually. Then I tried my original code and it still worked, so now both my brother and I have a black US one, rather than one white one
