I ordered on the 14th of August. They were in stock up until around 11am that morning (if I remember correctly), and I ordered around 12:15. Website stated OOS. Keep the faith :P

Ours shipped. We were late enough ordering as far as I remember. Maybe they're doing them alphabetically? Seems mad not to be shipping them in the order the orders were placed

Just looking back through my email I ordered at 11 on the 15th via PayPal.
Still no sign I'm thinking using PayPal has messed the order up for me
No email for delayed shipping till October yet so who knows what's going on

For a big company customer service is crap to say the very least .

... me too - ordered K400+ on 15/08 and paid via PayPal. Also ordered black K400 about a week later and got it a couple of weeks ago. It's great for the reduced price but very poor value for the original £34.99. Apalling customer service though - they haven't responded to several emails re the K400+ and it's now over a month since order was placed. Really surprised at their laissez-faire attitude and poor customer service and would be very slow to order from them again ........ unless, of course it was for a similar €10 megadeal.

The 15th and 16th were a Saturday and a Sunday last month. I suspect all orders from those two days and from Friday evening are being treated as all being placed on that Monday. My bank statements, for example, always show my weekend transactions as taking place the following Monday.
Might explain why some are getting the notifications though placing them a day later than others.

Why bother cancelling? Unlike a lot of other companies it seems they don't debit your account until they actually ship so may as well wait and hope that they'll eventually ship to you - otherwise the £10 voucher is wasted.

No offense, but it's stupid to cancel at this stage. You're in long enough now, for very little moola, and the confirmation mails have started to roll in what would appear to be no apparent pattern so stand firm there soldier !

Waited 27 days for 3 Android boxed via Aliexpress. 2 of the pigeons arrived safely yesterday but I received notification this morning that the third pigeon has been intercepted by hunters based in the customs mail centre in Athlone.

You should have used an alternative pigeon loft address, my pigeons arrived back safe, no parasites.

The pigeons that avoided the hunters cost €31 each delivered. While 'Black Hawk Down' will cost an extra €15. Still not too bad, considering Adverts touts charge circa €80-€100.
