    Seems like Parcel Motel have lost my parcel. Was delivered to them yesterday morning and is yet to even show up in my PM account. No reply from Facebook page or their email support.

    What time was it delivered to them at?

    If memory serves me correct it won't go onto account until goes for delivery.

    If it arrived after 11 it won't go out until today and it could be any time today that it arrives. In my case with the OPO it arrived at PM at 12 meaning it missed the daily delivery. The day after it went onto my account around 12 and I got notification that it was In my PM box 9pm that night.

    Depends which location you are using I suppose.

    It was around 12:30pm. I know they say if there before 11am it will be the same night. I will wait for a few hours and see if it shows up in my account.

    They dont even have a phone number that I can ring to ask what the story is.

    Yep probably best to buy it for safety just in case.

    But I would give it until the end of the day. You could get that notification at any time they could still be sorting packages at this time

    Just heard back, she said if its not in your account it may been missing some details on the address. Sent them the tracking number and screenshot of delivery mail containing the address. Cant see anything missing in the address. It was signed for by their employee and same guy signed for a parcel for me few weeks ago. So clearly they have it. And PMID is 100% correct as well.

    Got an invite last week and ordered Thursday or Friday eve. How long does it usually take from ordering to processing to delivery?

    Seems like quite a few days for it to be processing if it was ordered before the weekend?

    Ordered mine on the 2nd. Changed to 'pending shipment' yesterday and now it's back to 'processing'. God only knows where it is!

    Yeah it seems to be extremely random as to when your order ships. I am same as above ordering on the 3rd and still in processing

    I ordered the 3rd and the order changed to complete on the 12th and cleared customs on the 13th, rang dhl today and they are looking into why there has been no progress since, loads of people on the opo forums saying the same and how its now a customs/dhl issue not oneplus. Load of balls.

    My order went to complete this morning. When I put my order number into dhl I get nothing though. Who are they using for transport?

    Is there not a dhl tracking number on order? You should be able to expand the information where it says complete?

    Maybe try http://www.17track.net checks all the major carriers.
