OnePlus 2 Invite thread READ FIRST POST

Had a look at the shared sheet. I see Invites used in a no. of cases but I don't see where they went. Are the invites lads are getting being given to users on the list?

The invites people are getting are directly from OnePlus, nobody on the list has as of yet received a sharable invite.
The invites from OnePlus must be used by the account they were given too and only permit the purchase of one device.

I have one on the way bought using someones account from here. Was delivered to PM earlier. But need another one to gift someone. So if it gets down to me on the list , seeing as many people have withdrawn their interest, please keep me in the list for one. Thanks

Surely once I receive some they will be given to people here as well.

Just to give people some info on delivery:

Ordered Monday Night 07/09 , was shipped Wednesday 09/09 , landed in East Midlands UK on Saturday Night 11/09, went from Midlands to Belfast overnight and was out for delivery around 9am this morning and delivered to parcel motel at around 12:30pm.

So exactly a week.

Thats interesting, I got my order shipped directly without parcel motel and opted for express delivery.
Ordered Thursday 3rd September, held up as "processing" until this Saturday the 12th and currently still in China according to DHL..

Did you order with express shipping or standard?

I would say if I had gone direct to Ireland I would have had it today. Wasn't sure if I will be home when it arrives so went the parcel motel route. Express shipping.

Need another one for a present , will get it direct to Ireland next time once I get an invite.

Not sure. I think they'd do something similar to what they did for the OPO in April/March (I think) opened sales every Tuesday and then eventually open up sales for the phone(Hopefully earlier than the OPO).

The system really annoys me. Id love to have the OP2 since my other phone is bothering me now and I'd probably buy one immediately if I could...but can't because of the invite system! Begging online or going through a system/process of getting an invite is frustrating and I can't be arsed with it.

Lucky you. Get one from OnePlus? Did you buy a OPO early or get an invite from a mate? Im curious how Boardsies are getting invites

It was from OnePlus directly I'm assuming based on the ranking list.

I didn't by a OPO so I would be in Tier 4 going by the ranks they use on the website.

But the actual ranking seems to mean absolutely nothing as to when you get an invite from that list.

I had two email accounts signed up to the wait list - my main email account which I had a OnePlus forum account with was at 20K and the other was a college email address that I referred that was about 1.2 million in the list.

It was the second account at 1.2 million that got the invite... So figure that out.

It was basically pure luck I got the invite at all.

They really do look like a load of muppets with this system. I bought two of them last year, shared a load of invites, post on the forum and I'm high up on that reservation list, but still don't have one.

Please remove me from the list also, if OnePlus don't want my money (which they obviously don't based on the shītty invite system) then there of plenty of other companies who are more than willing.

Pity, I have a OPO and it is a great phone.

Just got an invite for the OPT, not sure if I should pull the trigger. I can prob sell my OPO for 220 or so on adverts. Question is, is it worth?
