I buy raw honey and find it great.
I bought a €12 small teeny jar of manuka 15+ for sore throats coming into the winter..... But just wondering. How is it good if it's not raw? Would the heat treatment and processing of the honey not get rid of the good stuff?!

I think raw honey is a bit of a jibe tbh.
I get that its less processed, but I really don't think that a mild pasteurization will destroys honey.
They are both relatively pure sugar at the end on the day. I also find it hard to understand the massive mark-up, when they presumably have less production costs.
