Trying to decide whether a One is worth buying now or whether I should hold out for an invite for the Two. As far as I understand it isn't THAT big of a leap from the One? Plus who knows when I'll get my hands on an invite

Alphabetic apps menu = thank God!

Apps would be in different places every time I opened my app menu before this update.

Is there a difference between CM12 and Cyanogen OS 12? I meant should I update my software using the OTA that is available on the phone?

I still cant justify upgrading to CM12, too many reports of hot phones and degraded battery life. Is it really worth it? What are the advantages of CM12 over CM11?

Is anyone running OxygenOS and how is that? OnePlus wanted me to download that when I asked why I did not get an OTA push for an upgrade to CM12.

Two OnePlus Ones in my house.

First one I upgraded to COS12.1 via custom recovery and it all went fine, I just followed the instructions here https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/update-cos-12-1-yog4pas1no-bugs-discussion-thread.349560/.

Second phone was stock so I updated via CM recovery and did have a few blips. Google Play Services wouldn't run properly and I lost mobile data connection. Got both running again with a full wipe and reinstall.

Neither phone is having any issues now, in terms of lag, battery performance etc. that I can see. I am overall happy with the upgrade other than a few aesthetic changes like folders and the caller app.

Guys my haptic feedback has just stopped working for the home and back buttons. Works ok for typing but not the buttons at the bottom. Any idea how I can solve this?

Every time I reboot it just brings me into recovery (TWRP). Where do I go from there?

I know this has been mentioned here before..

Upgraded to yogapants12.1. I now have truecaller as my dialler. I've noticed today that when someone rings me that's not in my list of contacts I cannot see the number on screen just the country of origin. However the number is appearing on my call history and if I'm using the hands free the number appears on the screen. Any ideas?

Cool thanks. I checked with two friends on the network and they are having the same problem, so it's not just something dodgey on my phone. I raised it on the three forum so I'll wait and see what they come back with.

I tried to downgrade exodus and this happened now phone wont boot.

Did you install the YNG1TAS17L update a few months ago? Thats whats available on my phone.
