There is, but that doesn't mean they should sit back and just accept people threatening to to harm them, trapping them in their cars, chasing them etc.

I have no problem with protesting PEACEFULLY but that's not what is happening now and it's just wrong. People behaving like bullies and thugs and it needs to stop.

As opposed to the politicians behaving like bullies and thugs loading legislation through the Dail without debate, I'm sorry but when they act democraticly we will act the same

There's not one shred of evidence that I can see....only hearsay.

Honestly these water protesters will say anything to try and gain sympathy.

Making things up doesn't help your cause at all.

What evidence are you talking about?

A lot of these protesters seem to be scum. Throwing a brick, hitting a minister with a water balloon, climbing on to cars of ministers. I would love to see as many of these people get arrested as possible.

Three instances out of hundreds of thousands of people who have marched and protested.

    Get a grip.

Just saw someone on Facebook claiming the bomb threat was photoshopped.

How do you photoshop a phone call?

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

The thing is that it is not just three instances. It is three instances that have been documented. If you look around these people, they appear to be acting in a similar manner.

It IS pretty amazing isn't it.

People have been prosecuted for much, much less.

They know who it is, they have him on camera. It's case closed really.

    But no prosecution?

    Hmmmmmmmm....

    Where are you even living?

I have read (as has anyone who is even remotely in touch with say whats happening in Dublin) COUNTLESS things that have occurred in Dublin and the perpetrators have got off free of charge. All the muggings, beatings etc happening in Dublin, nearly ALWAYS released free of charge + file sent to the DDP. People getting off without prosecution is NOT a new thing. It's our lazy justice system that tackles the easy stuff.

How do you photoshop a phone call?

Won't work...Colin's off the sauce these days. He stopped making threatening phone calls after Bruce Willis had a New Jersey word with him.
I still think Bosco may be our bomb threat person.

I dont' believe Minister Alan Kelly. These boyos have cried wolf for years. If they want to be believed they better do the honest thing, steer the country back towards democracy and accountability by immediately calling a referendum and General Election. They are ruling without mandate against the will of practically the whole country which is disgraceful because it sends the message that our parliament is something of a joke.

Just to clarify. Everyone's taking the piss about the brick guy being a guard yeah?

The conspiracy theorist who wrote that crap wasnt.

So you mean the three you have pointed out there out of hundreds of thousands that have partaken in the protests? Yeah lots that.

Time for an election. The government has lost it's mandate.

Because two wrongs always make a right don't they

It has to stop on both sides, or nothing will change.

There isn't any evidence to support the idea that man who threw the brick was a Garda, that's my point.

But who's the alternative? The party who caused all this mess in the first place? The one with a terrorist and, if we're to believe the recent allegations, pedophile enabler as leader?

All political parties were terrorists at some point or do you like to conveniently forget some history.

If you think that you're a lost cause.

What is the proof that there was an actual bomb threat made against Alan Kelly and not just one of his staff or a friend of the staff making the whole thing up.

This seems to be helping his cause, if hes lying about it. Doesnt lying help his cause?

why do they need the bomb squad for letters containing white powder?

Very convenient that this happens the day before a protest.

If Kelly thinks that this rubbish is going to get him sympathy or attention he has another thing coming.

The sooner Labour get rid of this fake the better.
