I met him (and his wife) quite a few times, a few years ago through work. He was an absolute gent and she was lovely too. Found them to be very down to earth and sincere.

Everybody looks better in a hat in fairness.

    Irresistible!

I just googled Jimmy Nesbitt. IMO he looked better before!

    Yeah, I think so too.

Some people just look better going bald.
Imagine Patrick Stewart or Bruce Willis with hair. Would be mad, Ted.

There are some exceptions though, as I think both Declan Donnelly and Rob Brydon look better with theirs.

I'd love to go into work some day with dreadlocks on and pretend like it's the most natural thing in the world!

Yes, those two do have the edge(!) I think, but none of the others look better for it. It detracts a bit from the character of their faces or something.

I was watching Sir Patrick last night in his new show. He was hilarious, and looking great for his age, hair would only ruin the guy :)

This is quite risque. Somewhat NSFW and a maybe few other places too.
And is also unsuitable for those of a nervous disposition.

    Oh no. No, no, no.

That just looks seventeen kinds of wrong.

Was he wearing the hat though? If not what was underneath?

It's starting to look like a psychological issue at this point .Anyone remember the "never nudes" in Arrested Development? he always make me think of that.
He'd be grand looking but the hat is just plain weird at this stage.

While at the U2 concert in Lansdowne Road in 97 we somehow got pretty close to the stage thinking this is great. Right then someone chucked a finished apple at The Edge landing perfectly on his cowboy hat:D
