Got an email from Logitech saying my order was cancelled because they hadn't received my payment yet. I paid through PayPal on Friday. The email said if you has paid to ignore it. Anyone else get this? The keyboard was out of stock when I ordered and no money was taken off my card yet.

For the people who got a tracking number roughly when did ye order?
I ordered one on Saturday around 10am nothing yet for me.

Yea, i got it today for the first order that swallowed up my £10 code, nothing in the basket when i went back, but i followed up with an order using the £5 code earlier in the thread, that's on the way, tracking number emailed.

Follow up with their Customer service, someone said they were good on the other thread.

Give a look in the Order status/Order history section of your account. might still be there waiting to be paid.

There's an order enquiry form in the Contact us section. Maybe try it telling them the order wouldnt accept payment.

    From the order confirmation:
When will my credit card be charged?

If you order a physical product, we will not bill you until your product(s), including backordered or pre-ordered items, are actually shipped. If your items are shipped separately you will be billed each time an item is shipped. PayPal orders are charged at the time your order is placed.

Using Paypal there shouldn't have been any delay in payment. I got the Logitech order confirmation three minutes after the €10.96 was deducted from the account immediately after purchase.

Just do the survey again with a different email address.

I've ordered bargain alerts before from Logitech and was let down. i got the email saying that it was out of stock and the order was cancelled. I wouldn't bother my hole ordering the K400 plus that is listed as out of stock as I am sure that the order will be probably be cancelled. But I reckon that this BA is still valid if you order the K400 (non plus version in white). The same tricks still apply for the €10 voucher and free shipping. And maybe order the Italian version of the keyboard as this won't have been ordered from HUKD or here.

Digital River are only the folks behind the ordering and logistics system. They're based in Ireland but it doesn't mean that the stock comes from them. They also handle Microsoft orders, for example.

To be honest, with UPS, I wouldn't be surprised if it arrived tomorrow to the Dublin folks. You feckers in the shticks can wait until Wednesday.

With large courier companies such as UPS it's generally sent out to all local depots in the morning and out for delivery the same day regardless of where in the country it is.

Shouldn't be a delay wether you're living in Dublin or Donegal.

That's the way it was for DHL when I worked with them for 3 years anyway.

Also, for a lot of the country UPS has its drivers go straight from the airport to their local delivery area an hour or 2 down the country which I can only imagine is a lot of extra stress on the couriers.

If you add the keyboard to your basket and get all the way to the Buy Now button then close out Logitech are emailing people with a link for free shipping.

    Total order is £7.50 :)

I have mine ordered to a Parcel motel, so can't say if its only UK or if they'll give free ROI shipping.

Took about 30 minutes to get the email for free delivery.

ok... done all that. closed out at buy now.

Just a case of waiting for free delivery email
