I'm following that leaderboard, and if it looks like he's in the hunt/goes close to the lead, I'm out to the local who will have it on :D

Think it's to the pub for you!

Have to wait till the first nine at least, OH has to drop his son home :)

It's a golf pub, so there'll be a few fans there.

I was away for the weekend in Sligo, and watched the match yesterday in a pub which put on the match through sheer force of regulars, but there were about 10 fans there, it was horrid

Sounds a good weekend. Now if Shane finishes it'd be great.

Would it be his biggest finish/win ever if he stays where he is/does better?

/trying to word this in such a way as to not jinx it or have the post come back to haunt me :)

Top 5 in WGC must be a best should he get it.

This is looking perfect for Shane.

It is not exactly the most intimidating set up or leaderboard. Great chance.

I think he can take this. Has the game for it.

45 minutes before the OH gets back from dropping his son off!

He sort of overreached on that drive.

T10 in a Major holds more weight for me anyway.

Amazing how Rose a few year ago - looked like he was going to win all over the shop.

I find it hard to listen to him these days. Not sure what it is - it is real "I am Justin"

    ANyway , come on Shane.

I remember Rose starting out and thinking he was going to be a real force to be reckoned with.

I also remember Shane coming from nowhere (to a casual fan like me) and winning the Irish Open

    Go Shane!

I wonder if the amount of time showing adverts exceeds the amount of time golf is shown on Sky. Very annoying.

Right, I'm definitely off to the pub when the Oh gets back

Fingers crossed, how magical would it be ?

Nice up and down from Lowry on 9 for par

Bubba's on a run now. One behind Lowry. With Rose and Furyk falling back it looks like Lowry vs Bubba for the win

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 83 ✭✭Spurion

Terrible drive from Lowry on 10 :(

Was just thinking the same. I've a very unpc story about staying in my inlaws the year Bubba won one of the Masters, and my putative MIL making comments about his name.

Am I imagining things or is he another of the evangelistic golfers?
