In Santry at the moment. It's relatively calm. 16 still active though.

Quite gusty here in north Dublin. More akin to an October day

Gusty as hell on the apron all day today, tge lufty go around was fun and the sunwing departure that dipped the left wing to within a couple of feet from the RWY just on lift off was great, the pax in the airport even let out a little scream

It looks like BE388 is taking a longer turn around for Dublin:

Flights are certainly heading further north before turning back towards Dublin. I had thought the BE flight earlier was diverting to Belfast or that neck of the woods, but it turned near enough to Slane. I'm just looking at a Ryanair flight followed by a Stobart Air one. Both seem to be turning around Slane as well.

Was on FR212 from Stansted to Dublin today, landed around 2000. No turbulance en route, a bit bumpy on the way down and a good wallop onto the landing, a bounce, and a correction from crabbing. Passengers not that happy, but I enjoyed it way too much :D

I have to thank Flightradar for letting me know that an Emirates A330 was second in the queue for takeoff when I was picking the car up from Quickpark... stayed around for a few minutes and must have looked like a right wally pretty much cheering it on as is took off from 16 over me at what felt like 10ft!

Emirates A330? No EK A330 been here since 2012, guessing you meant 777

No I think he meant the Etihad A330, Emirates t7 didn't arrive into Dub until around 9ish

Yeah we had a go-around, very bumpy coming in id say we were literally 20 feet off the ground when the pilot decided to head around! On the second attempt it was still very bumpy, in windy awful conditions like that you really see the incredible skill of the pilots to be able to get the plane on the ground!

I was in just after you at 23:30. As we were coming in the plane was really rocking and windy. Dunno how the pilot managed to keep it level. Enjoyable flight from my perspective.

Same I didn't mind it at all! Herself sitting beside me and I'd say most of the others on board wouldn't say the same thing however!

EI585 from Malaga to Dublin http://fr24.com/EIN58W/70386c4

is this a fault or is there an EI A330 doing this route for some reason?

No fault, A330 regularly does this on summer months.
