Can you please lose to Mayo....JUST ****ING ONCE PLEASE?!

I believe this is Mayo's best shot at it now since 1996 (which I think was the last time Mayo beat Kerry in the Championship). I don't think Dublin are much use in the back line at all and Mayo will bomb them there and wreak havoc (on the assumption that Mayo beat Donegal). Dublin might have got their back line in shape if they'd anything to do aside from jogging on the spot to keep warm for the past 2 months.

Mayo vs Kerry in the final and Mayo to shade it. If JOD has his shoulder confirmed to be something significant, he could miss the final at this rate which would be significant.

Sorry, complete pet hate here....but the artane abused boys band just played the national anthem incorrectly!

I played a schools match v St. Davids in Artane one time and the band were practising beside the pitch - played the anthem before the game so the ref waited and we all stood to attention. Was pretty cool.

Then they played it about 10 more times during the match! :pac:

Is it still called the Artane Boy's Band? My home is in Artane, a few hundred metres from their place.

How the hell did you manage that? :D

Not sure what good it will do but try PMing an admin and see if they can reset it. I've no idea if they can or not.

Personally I can't see Mayo winning it. 2013 was a great chance, those last 15 minutes of the final though, just couldn't push over the edge.

I'd say they might beat Donegal but just looking at their forwards, do they have the firepower to take out Kerry or Dublin? I know they scored 20 million points or whatever it was against Sligo but they don't have the same options in attack that the others have. Cillian O'Connor is a good, confident scoretaker and Aidan O'Shea at full-forward does at least give them another option but outside of those two... I do like Diarmuid O'Connor but Andy Moran hasn't been at his best, Kevin McLoughlin is a good player but I wouldn't count on him to score a couple of points in every game. And I'm just not sure they have the backup.

Kerry have Cooper, O'Donoghue, Geaney, Walsh, Sheehan with O'Brien, Keane, Buckley, the other Geaney if they need to turn to them.

Dublin have Brogan, Connolly, Flynn, Kilkenny as well as the likes of Andrews, McManamon, Rock, Costello.

I think Mayo are pretty well-balanced but just lack that final bit of cutting edge. I really really hope that they do win it, I'm fair sick of Dublin & Kerry; I'd love it, in fact I hope that O'Shea to full-forward and the younger O'Connor are the final pieces of the jigsaw but I wouldn't be too confident.

That's the last thing you need during race week. Are they permanent neighbours or were they just in for race week?

Any particular reasons not to upgrade from Win7? I use it in work and at home and was considering upgrading soon
