    Ireland shouldn't extradite anyone to the U.S. they don't have a proper legal system, torture people and have inhumane prisons.

    I don't think they will extradite and if they do, stupid business move.

    It will become a jurisdiction issue. Irish servers. If Ireland does not protect its jurisdiction it will set precedence for other IT companies here who are probably sick of off cross jurisdiction reaches.

    Ireland would be smart not to allow the extradition purely from a business point of view.

    Actually, not sure they torture people in the USA. I understood that was the whole point of Guantanemo, it would be outside the jurisdiction of the USA, and of course ironically one of its biggest critics has been the US legal system that you condemn.

    Do you support the extradition of criminals back to Ireland to face charges for serious crime here? Do you think we have a "proper legal system"? In what way is ours "proper" and theirs not?

    To be fair, child porn was always forbidden on the original Silk Road.

    News flash, we are not neutral. We don't declare ourselves to be neutral either. We conduct peace keeping missions on behalf of the UN are we are part of the Northern EU battle group when called upon.

    A neutral country must have the capacity to defend it's self from the land, sea and air. We don't have that capability at all. We have to rely on others for air defence as we can't even detect aircraft flying in our airspace with no transponders.

    The US military can fly around us all they want and we would have no idea unless the UK tells us as their military radars can see all over Ireland out past the wet coast. They have tell us that there are Russian bombers 12 miles off Sligo.

    Not sure what Ireland owes this individual such that we would risk a reputation internationally for harbouring crims. I believe the U.S. judges understand Asbergers plenty good. Book him Danno.

    I can see this poor guy being fúcked off the the States as soon as they put in an extradition request.

    :( I don't even know if you're being ironic. Allowing the transition of men/material does not constitute a breach of neutrality.
