There is a car abandoned at the top of my road for the past 6 months. No one knows who owns it. No tax/insurance/nct. Missing rear reg. It's an eyesore and a hazard. The local kids often mess around with it. They can get into it so its only a matter of time till someone gets hurt. The gardaì have been notified a few times but nothing has been done yet. Whats the next step to take?

Finally thought I had a new car sorted. Salesman asked me to come back Saturday and we would arrange a deal (he told me this on Monday). I had been in previously to view it and it was clear that I was interested in it. Took a spin past the garage today to see a "SOLD" sign on the window. Didnt even bother going in. Guess its time to go back searching again

Would it be sold to you by any chance?
while it would be unusual for a dealer to mark a car sold without a deposit it is possible.
