    I work with three women. Two are in their mid 50s and the other is 23. But she's the boss's niece so that's not a good idea! :p

    wouldnt advise relationships at work. alone time is as important to a relationship when those in the relationship are together. the mind needs contrast. because you are seeing the same person morning day and night, the mind will get fed up

    What about if you're in work and someone looks at you but does nothing. Is that just plain strange.

    See he works in a different county and I've haven't met any of the guys I'm in charge with.

    It's a weird set up but they are all mobile. This guy is the helper anyway so I don't talk to him that much.

    In what context was the number given? I mean some people do it for work related stuff but if he was nice to you maybe send him a text, if you want.

    well if you are not seen him all day, it wouldnt be so bad. but if you are seeing him in the morning, then all day at work and then in the evening, that will burden your mind. in that case i wouldnt advise it. it doesnt matter how good he is in the relationship/fling. you will eventually get tired of seeing him all the time.

    freud famously said love and work because the contrast between the two works on your mind. you go from the extreme of the working environment to the calmness of your own time. whereas if you were working all the time you would get stressed or doing nothing all time (as in you didnt have a job) you would get bored.

    its the same mechanism. you need variation to spice your life

    He text it to me from the techs phone. Hes been flirting with me all week but it's been on the work mobile from the techs phone. I dunno but I'm the sort of person who doesn't get awkward about this stuff just awkward with everything else

    If we're being honest here...I couldn't imagine being in a relationship atm as much as I moan on being single :pac:

    Just trying to enjoy time away by myself atm....I'm too busy for the next few weeks even for dating etc...who wants to rushing around half asleep/worn out to dates

    I once had someone ask to meet up with me, she drove down from Kells specifically to see me and gave me a teddy bear as a birthday present. Did I pick up on it? :o

    In regards to dating with work. Had a relationship with a girl i was working with in my last job. It was fine when things were running smoothly but when the relationship ended it was awkward as hell.
